     Tri-County is a community center serving the residents of Montgomery , Liberty and
     Walker counties in Texas. It offers a diversified array of service options, including:
     contracted psychiatric hospitalization, outpatient psychiatric and nursing services,
     counseling, supported employment, vocational training, supported housing, care
     management, crisis intervention, home-based therapies, parent/child training, day
     treatment and residential living.
