Network of Care provides public information with one-stop information on resources. Network of Care lists national and local resources for information and help regarding mental health.

Tri-County is a community center serving the residents of Montgomery , Liberty and Walker counties in Texas . It offers a diversified array of service options, including: contracted psychiatric hospitalization, outpatient psychiatric and nursing services, counseling, supported employment, vocational training, supported housing, care management, crisis intervention, home-based therapies, parent/child training, day treatment and residential living.

Yellow Ribbon Program

Friends for Life has chosen to sponsor the internationally recognized Yellow Ribbon Program in schools and the community. Yellow Ribbon provides Youth Educational Programs designed and age appropriate for High School, Middle School, Children (K-5) and adult staff. They also design programs for Parents, Teachers and the Community
